Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the SAFE mobile application (the "Service") operated by APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. Subscriptions

The SAFE application may offer mobile subscriptions ("Subscriptions"). Subscriptions provide access to enhanced features or content within the application.

• Subscription periods may vary and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions are typically offered on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• Prices for Subscriptions are subject to change.

1.1 Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

As stated above, subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To turn off auto-renewal or manage your subscriptions, please go to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. You can find more information on managing subscriptions on Apple's support pages.

Please note that deleting the SAFE application from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.

1.2 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription upon expiration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

1.3 Payment Information

Payment for subscriptions is processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment information directly. Your payment information is handled according to Apple's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

1.4 Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly. We are unable to process refunds for in-app purchases.

1.5 Subscription Issues

If you experience any issues with your subscription, such as access problems or billing discrepancies, please first verify your subscription status in your Apple ID Account Settings. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the problem and your Apple ID.

2. Use of the Service

By using the SAFE application, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Use the Service for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
• Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI, an APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

2.1 Prohibited Activities

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

2. Content

All content provided within the SAFE application is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI and its licensors.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, service, or content from the Service, you do so at your own risk and you agree that APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.

The SAFE application may integrate with or utilize third-party services (e.g., analytics providers, advertising networks). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party services you interact with.

5. User Generated Content

The SAFE application may allow users to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Service and APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Be false, misleading, or inaccurate.
• Infringe any intellectual property right, proprietary right, or the right of publicity or privacy of any third party.
• Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
• Be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing.
• Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we believe that User Content violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or our users.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI.

APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Termination may also occur due to inactivity, discontinuation of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

APPVIZYON TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
